Secure file transfer for EU businesses
EU-hosted file transfer for European business workflows.
secureeu.eu is built for European companies that need to send and receive files without sending data outside the EU. Browser-side encryption, expiring links, no unnecessary user accounts.
The Problem
Why eu businesses need a better way to share files
European businesses face increasing pressure to keep data inside the EU and to limit how much they share with non-EU services. At the same time, day-to-day work still involves sending large files to clients, partners and authorities.
US-based file tools that store data outside the EU
Email attachment limits and inbox sprawl
Customers asking where files are physically stored
Internal compliance teams blocking generic cloud sharing
Need for a tool that works without onboarding every recipient
Common Documents
Files eu businesses send and receive
Contracts and tenders
Invoices and credit notes
Compliance documents
Vendor onboarding packs
Product specifications and CAD files
Confidential reports
Board documents
Personal data exports for customers (DSAR responses)
How It Works
Three steps. Totally private.
Create a secure link
Drop the file into your browser. It's encrypted with AES-256 on your device before it ever leaves.
Send or receive files
Share the link by email, chat or your portal. The recipient clicks and downloads — no signup, no app.
Files are protected and expire
Choose an expiry of 1–30 days, optionally add a password and download limit. After expiry the file is permanently deleted.

Trust & Security
We can't read your files. By design.
Browser-side encryption
Files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM in your browser via the WebCrypto API, before they leave your device.
Privacy-first design
The decryption key sits in the URL fragment, which browsers never send to servers. We technically cannot read your files.
No unnecessary accounts
Senders and recipients don't need to create profiles. Adoption across teams and external parties is friction-free.
Expiring links
Choose a retention window of 1–30 days, or revoke any link at any time. Files are permanently deleted on expiry.
EU-hosted, GDPR-conscious
Files are stored on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany / Finland. The platform is designed with GDPR in mind: minimal data collection, short retention, and no transfer of stored files to non-EU regions.
